At Kunda Kids, each item is made especially for you. We work with trusted global fulfilment partners to produce and ship our products, reducing waste and delivering high-quality items to families around the world.
Please read the information below carefully so you know what to expect when placing an order.
Order Processing and Production
All Kunda Kids products are made to order.
Once your order is placed, it is sent to production. Production typically takes 2–5 working days, although this may vary during busy periods or promotional launches.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email once it has been dispatched.
Shipping Times
Shipping times begin once production is complete and vary by location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 3–7 working days
- Europe: 5–9 working days
- United States & Canada: 3–7 working days
- Australia: 4–8 working days
- Rest of the World: 7–14 working days
Please note these are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed dates.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your delivery location
- The size and weight of your order
- The shipping method selected
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Kunda Kids is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Delivery Delays
While we work hard to meet delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- High demand or peak seasons
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- Weather or unforeseen events
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us, and we will investigate.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned to our fulfilment partner due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge for reshipping once a corrected address is provided. In some cases, unclaimed or undeliverable packages may be donated to charity.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can submit a claim and support you appropriately.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. The courier provides tracking updates, but it may take time to update after dispatch.
