At Kunda Kids, we want every family to be delighted with their order. We’ve set it out clearly below so you know exactly what to expect.
Made-to-Order Products
All Kunda Kids products are made to order by our trusted fulfilment partner. This helps us reduce waste and create thoughtfully produced items. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your order arrives with a manufacturing fault or error on our part, please contact us, and we will make it right, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.
To process the return, the item should be returned in its original, unused, and resalable condition, including all original packaging and tags (where applicable). Please also provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, for all fault claims, replacements, or refunds.
Kunda Kids reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not comply with the policy's conditions (e.g., missing proof of purchase, item is not in the required condition, or the claim is outside the 30-day window)
We're unable to exchange discounted items
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve this quickly, we may ask for:
- A clear photo of the item
- A brief description of the issue
Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
If your package is lost in transit, you must submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Returns Process
- Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
- Once a return is approved, items are sent directly to our fulfilment partner.
- Return addresses are automatically set based on where your order was produced. Using a different address may result in delays or the return being lost.

Unclaimed or Incorrect Address Deliveries
If a delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete and the parcel is returned, we are unable to cover reshipping costs. In cases where a package is unclaimed or deemed undeliverable after reasonable delivery attempts (defined as 30 days from the initial shipping date), the order may be donated to charity at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of sealed goods such as face masks and other intimate apparel or similar items once opened.
Special Note for EU Customers
Under EU consumer law, personalised or made-to-order items are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal. This includes:
- Products made to your specifications
- Sealed items unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons
Customers in Brazil
Customers in Brazil may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item, provided the product is unused and undamaged. Photo evidence is required, and each request is reviewed individually in line with local regulations.
