All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated separately.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processes, incorrect address details or events outside our control.
6. Force Majeure
Kunda Kids shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by an event of Force Majeure. For the purpose of these Terms, a "Force Majeure Event" means any event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, war, hostilities, invasion, rebellion, civil commotion, riot, strikes, lock-outs, fire, floods, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, or government restrictions.
We will promptly notify you of the occurrence of any Force Majeure Event and will use all reasonable endeavours to mitigate the effect of such event. If the Force Majeure Event continues for more than ninety (90) days, either you or Kunda Kids may terminate the order or affected service by providing written notice.
7. Returns and Refunds
As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.
Refunds or replacements are offered only for items that arrive misprinted, damaged or defective, in line with our Returns Policy.
Customers must contact us within the specified timeframe and provide supporting information where requested.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, illustrations, music, logos, characters and brand assets, is the intellectual property of Kunda Kids Ltd or its licensors.
This includes all rights relating to Kunda and Friends.
